Will Writing

Will Writing

Will writing is something that we realise customer’s wish to do but usually have never got around to completing one. If you passed away without a will this means it will take your family longer to complete probate and access the funds you would want them to have. A will is also useful for the guardianship of children. For example, who will the children live with in the event of you passing away. Social services will decide this in the event of no biological parent surviving and a will can help inform their decision. When can the children have their parent’s life insurance money, 18, 21, 25? Also do you know if your partner wants to be buried or cremated? A will resolves all of these items and it’s for life and doesn’t need to be visited again.
